Our Services

Bay Side Fencing Co. provides custom fencing installation, wrought iron and steel fencing, security and driveway gates, and reclaimed wood accent walls in Antioch and the surrounding East Bay area. Service availability is subject to scheduling and project scope.

Estimates and Quotes

Free estimates provided through our Site, by phone, or via any calculator are preliminary and non-binding. Final pricing depends on property conditions, materials, design, site access, demolition, gates, permits, and installation requirements. A binding quote is provided only after an on-site evaluation and a signed agreement.

Project Scheduling and Permits

Scheduling is subject to availability and weather. Where required, the customer is responsible for securing necessary permits or for authorizing Bay Side Fencing Co. to obtain them on the customer’s behalf at the customer’s expense.

Payment Terms

Payment terms, deposits, and accepted methods are specified in your signed project agreement. Any deposit schedule and cancellation terms will be clearly outlined before work begins.

Warranties

Workmanship and material warranties, if any, are described in your signed agreement. To the extent permitted by law, warranties are limited to the terms expressly stated in that agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bay Side Fencing Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Contra Costa County, California.
